The Robert Scott Octopus Cleaning Tool is manufactured from high impact plastic and has a swivel head and adjustable collar for ease of reaching awkward floor and wall spaces. When used with the appropriate, easily attached pad it is excellent for removing ground in dirt, and heel and scuff marks. Compatible with the abbey handle and drilled handle (available separately).
